Banana Punch


5 med. bananas
6 oz. lemonade concentrate
6 oz. orange juice concentrate
32 oz. pineapple juice
4 c. sugar
6 c. water
2 qt. ginger ale


Mash Bananas in blender.. Bring sugar and water to a rolling boil.
Let Cool. Add all ingredients except gingerale. Freeze
approx. 12 hours, Thaw mix with ginger ale.

Fireside Coffee Mix


2 c. Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer
1.1/2 c . Powdered Chocolate Mix (Hershey Chocolate Milk Mix)
1.1/2 c. Instant Coffee
1.1/2 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Ground Nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Seal and shake
until blended. Store in air tight container. Uses 2 rounded tbsp. in 1 c. hot water, stir well.

Fruit Smoothie


1 large ripe banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup hulled strawberries
2 peeled and sliced kiwi
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey

Place all the ingredients in the blender and process on
high speed until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds.
Add ice and blend if desired.

Pour into glasses and serve.

Hot Chocolate Master Mix


1-8 QT. Box Powdered Milk
1 Lb. Powdered Sugar
16 oz. Box Nestles Quick
16 oz. Jar Non-Dairy Creamer
4 TBS. Cocoa
Sift powder sugar into large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients. A
fix-n-mix bowl from Tupperware works great for this. Seal the container
and shake until blended. Store in a air tight container. Give as gifts or
keep for yourself. Use 1/3 c. of mix in 1 cup of hot water. Stir well.
