This event happens every Mother's Day Weekend starting on Friday before and ending that Sunday of Mother's Day. The event shows the skills of the dogs and their handler's. If you ever have a chance to go through Hotchkiss, CO during this time you should stop in. Admission is small for the time you get to spend watching the dogs and sheep. There is food and vendors. Depending on the day you could also see sheep shearing and wool weavers doing a demonstration.
