It has been sometime since I have been I have posted anything but I really have not been cooking. I find it unsatisfying cooking for just myself. I have been doing some sewing and these are a few of the things I have made

Homemade Macaroni & Cheese

Made this for dinner tonight, I used 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese and 1 cup Colby cheese along with gruyere cheese. I think next time I  will use white cheddar cheese over the sharp cheddar. I am not crazy about bread crumbs on my Mac n cheese so I did not use it.
